Lebanon's President Michel Aoun has declared three days of national mourning.
He said 2,750 tonnes of ammonium nitrate had been stored for six years at the port without safety measures, which was "unacceptable".

2. What was the purpose of it being stored to begin with and for what purpose was the ammonium nitrate required?
3. Who stored it there?
4. Who owned the storage facility?
5. Why hadn't the Govt inspected that building for the past 6 years?
6. Did the Govt require Hezbolla's consent to inspect that building and it's contents?
