LYC was a state run Chinese takeover, MEO have consistently stated that the farminee is an independent major doing a farm in with perhaps down flow investment so quite clearly the new FIRB approval process is not going to be same.
Of course who knows until we know the deal and the farminee but this topic has been done to death on these forums.
