How can someone have such an inbuilt hatred of someone they don't even know, this would have been the hatred that Hitler instilled in the Germans before WW2. Even after getting to know someone, and then finding them to be intolerable or horrible, or with views diametrically opposed to yours, it is still against the western (civilised) way of life to think towards death of that individual.
