unfortunately..before re-rating can occur...we need a capital raising for a comprehensive drilling program..more dilution to come..drilling is still months away...buying and holding now is still an unnecessary risk i.m.o. as we have alot going on in the world..wars earth quakes nuclear disasters and good ol left field.
