IOC handled the placement last time round and look what happened to the share price shortly after, similar raising price..... got to 4c, I only bought in hoping to ride the same sort of rise, i agree that they will need more money than what they have to do any sort of significant work but lets just see what happens. worth a punt as some like to put it
