I don't think they need to tell the shareholders they have an annoucement. They are SUPPOSED to have an announcement since Tuesday.

I think this is just buying them more time to prep for the announcement. For better or worse, I don't know, that's anyone's guess. the only sure thing right now is the management is losing their credibility by pulling this stunt, and I will be getting rid of this stock right after the annoucnement, regardless of the result.
