With the ruling in the Bell Resources Case To day going AGAINST the Banks it seems that it may be wise for ANZ to Buy Back Shares affected by the Opes Prime Circus where necessary and return them to the rightful owners of those Shares.
I was never an Opes Prime client however ANZ's action there, caused me to loose most of my Retirement Funds and I feel like suing the ANZ and the A.S.X. for misleading and statements and practices which lead to many of Share prices falling more than should have been the case and evidence is that many now have Market Caps. of various Companies is now lower than their actual Cash positions.
