Big call. Personally I think they’ve been in the game for a long time and can spot a turd (analysis of history is the only analysis you can do here - and history will show the UG at nifty is very shaky). Plenty of opportunities with better risk/reward than this one.. could take years to fix the UG issues at nifty. The bet is a TO at a premium from someone with deeper pockets.
