I don't have LFE shares anymore but if I did I would stay with the current board and not vote in people with a list of legal offences as long as the proverbial.
Anyway, it seems this 15% stake will take care of these pests, if it is bloked then they still won't get up, and IF they did then the company goes into administration, still unsure why these pests really want this company its in a real mess.
