The placement will affect Bell's voting % I 'd say. They do have a case to put down an injunction given that the current boards motive for the Octapharma deal was to generate cash which they've done and have access to. So they didn't need to raise more funds hence their intentions are not aligned with shareholders interests. Especially since the placement was at half the cash value of the company. I'v pulled out of this mess and taken the loss. I suspect the tax selling will be brutal.
