    Regardless of the individuals involved whether it be in LFE or Bell, does it not seem odd to you for the directors to be issuing shares at (what appears to be) half the underlying cash value?

    I would be wary of any directors that rush out doing private placements without any real explanation.

    It would have been much fairer to do a rights issue and give everyone who was interested the chance to average down their cost per share. The issue could have been underwritten by the company that is taking the placement.

    LFE used to be a $2 stock. To be doing dilutionary placements once the stock has fallen to 7 cents is just adding insult upon injury.
