agree with the worst case number, but the "good" case number should start with a "3".
If you assume FY17e EPS is 8.5cps (13.5% higher than BP's estimate) then on a PER of 30x it is worth $2.55 per share. If they beat it by 25% then you'll have your $3+ share price.
It won't happen tomorrow.... but I reckon it will happen at some stage.
