I never blame the credit card company for the wrong doing. Of course no credit card has ever force someone to spend too much. I never blame the gun either , it’s the person who pull the trigger. But this is the way how the credit card company make money by putting people in the debt trap. APT don’t reply on late fees and it’s a life ban for missing any payment with no excuse.
