Its highly unlikely Nuplazid will be pulled from the market if you research into it, as I've mentioned before the FDA approved new dosage formulations for Nuplazid in late June, 3 months after the story broke on CNN and after the FDA had another look at the evidence over safety concerns. Would the FDA have done that if they were preparing to remove it from the market?
Those lawsuits don't have a case if the FDA doesn't issue more warnings over safety concerns, they haven't as yet after examining all the evidence 3 months on.
