Bell Potter $1.06 price target

Bell Potter has a 12 month price target of $1.06 for PPS , a 60% upside.

Outlook and Significant Investment
Over the past few years PPS has taken a very modest and conservative approach to cost base management which up until now has allowed PPS to benefit from improving scale as market for SMA products has expand along with PPS’s market share. As highlighted above, PPS has invested a significant amount on development, products and people during 1H18 as it looks to further expand its offering and capture a greater slice of the growing platform market.
As an example, the SMA platform has increased its Investment Menu by 115% over 2017, as it looks to upgrade its overall offering.

It is rather impressive that they have reached a record FUA of $7.8 billion with a market cap of just $264m and trading at 8.4x EBITDA.
