If Bellpotter was your broker and you asked them to sell your shares, then effectively a sell trade would be registered against Bell Potter. This report doesn't delineate sells made by Bellpotter, or sells made by Bellpotter clients.
Remember that BP run the CR and for any number or reasons might have customers wanting to sell down a couple.
Therein, we can't conclude that 'Bellpotter are flogging the whip to sell', it could be anyone of their clients. When you consider that they raised $46M, I am not too nervous about only $64,600 being sold, or 0.14%.
