It is interesting looking at the Break down of how they got to their target price of $4.05.
Although Phase IIB may have failed, it only had a $0.06 USD contribution to MSB's Overall valuation of $4.05 AUD.
This being said, even with these results taken into account, this would still leave Bell Potter's Target Price of around $3.97 AUD.
(provided that you assume that the IIB trials and the III Trials are Mutually Exclusive.)
Over all, although the results are a disappointment to the MSB community, they are a small component of our current pipeline and future cash flows.
