In answer to your first question, Because when you voice concerns or dissatisfaction of the SP, amateur ‘investors’ that are blindly committed to management will amateurishly perceive that as a personal swipe at management and in return, on them for blindly following management.
It’s analogous to defending the coach of your favourite sports team even though the team keeps losing.
