I don't for a minute believe Mesoblast own all stem cell IP but remember the likes of Takeda with their huge financial and legal resources didn't fight the Ti-Genix license deal with Mesoblast for Cx601 when they acquired them so MSB have a huge moat whether you believe it or not - just sayin'
Is there likely to be patent infringement with Mesoblast on some of CYP's products .... who knows but I am sure the patent lawyers will sort it out.
