I'd be a bit skeptical listening to anyone on an anonymous stock forum about the supposed validity of Mesoblast patents and what they do or do not cover - patents are a complex and I would only rely upon experienced legal experts in this field/sector, which I know Mesoblast have in their corner ....and as has been mentioned numerous times, Takeda the multi billion dollar global pharma group did not take Mesoblast on in the courts about CX-601 so I trust our patent lawyers know exactly what they are doing. Our patent lawyers are probably also approving the wording in Mesoblast ASX announcements on this specialised subject so as @Phaedrus 's infers, you can probably take what is said in same to the bank so to speak
Looking like financials will be issued after ASX market closes tonight with a separate ASX announcement notifying us that there will be a CC in the morning (USA Monday evening time) at this stage but again probably nothing 'additional' outside of these financial compliance matters will be announced ?
