"Investment view: Downgrade from HOLD to SELL
At our updated PT of $8.00 the total expected return (which includes the forecast dividend yield) is -9% which is below the required -5% or higher for a HOLD recommendation and so we downgrade to SELL. We note the SELL is based on valuation only and we continue to be positive on the outlook for the company over the short to medium term but on an FY18 PE ratio of c.57x we believe this positive outlook is already well and truly factored into the share price. In our view the key risk to our SELL recommendation is we cannot see any potential negative catalysts to de-rate the stock but we cannot ignore the premium of the share price to our valuation. "
