the other repairers run lean operations, they don't spend millions on board members, marketing, governance etc. They also have a good mixture of work.
Prior to Matt's appointment, the average first year apprentice made more money for the business than all of the board put together.. not sure if that has changed or not.
Prior to being bought by AMA , all the shops now owned by AMA were making really good money. Every employee had to bring in enough profit to cover themselves plus make profit for the business. There's your difference.
