360 is definitely becoming a bit of a Fundie Favourite, a stock that fund managers can put money into without worrying about copping criticism if things go the wrong way. Optics are important, can't go wrong as a fund manager buying a stock that everyone else is buying as well. PME is definitely a very clear example of this.
