I have not posted for a while and focused on other plays, but I agree with Arsenic. The new MD is Dr Clark as Executive Chairman and Dr Stewart has been demoted to CEO from MD. However I do not believe that this leadership group have ever demonstrated success in creating value in a public company and that fresh leadership and money is required, plus they have been the source of board instability is my guess as they are the last ones standing. Too many pHD’s and no corporate experience. The private client adviser from Bell Potter has also blindly followed this group and a fresh Australian broker is needed. Other directors including the Noble rep and the local Mongolian Director need to do more. They need a strategic to come in to give some sense of credibility to the assets and this can be a catalyst to change. Albeit, they all might see a stale story.
No ASX release on salary arrangements for Exec Chair and CEO is just weak. Where is office going to be. So many little things missing too.
Check out the Scoping study done by Sol Gold - a much better piece of work albeit analysts such as Michael Slifirski from CSFB was not impressed with the outcomes. Atleast he could discern a view. Our Scoping study is missing most critical items and raises metallurgical issues. Oh don’t worry shareholders, we arenow focused on the gold caps for which very little information is available. Let others focus on the strategy I say. I’d now like out of this company at next decent liquidity event. This current leadership group sway with the wind but are now becalmed. Wake up too major shareholders. !!!
