It's fine and consistent with what Bell Potter have put out before. However, it's a glass half full type of summary. What it means is that one could buy into it on the basis of their research but could well have to wait over two years for a fraction of the price they contend to be realized. I.e. they were saying the same kind of thing when the stock was, say 26c about 9 months ago. One would be very sore if you'd taken their call, to 55c at that point. (I am a bit but am getting used to these wild swings in valuation).
