You are probably correct that we could only know for certain how big the resource is by sucking it dry and measuring that. We can have reasonable confidence in an indicated resource and many people may choose to base their value on this figure. I'm no geologist, but surely it is possible to estimate what may be available from geomorphology, hydrology, topography and various other ologies to expect (infer) resource size?It appears that the market is comfortable with taking a risk with an inferred size, rather than sticking with the more conservative indicated size.
AndAnd I am not sure of the relevance of the text-book plagiarism from the village idiot, when dealing with DLE
