I'm with you. But I'm not sure that it matters.
The devil is in the detail (which we know none of).
I.e Did neu get the milestones correct?
Because if Acadia set the bar too high I.e. You'll get cash when we do a gazillion number of sales, and that sales figure can't be reached then we will see stuff all milestones.
The market will probably wait for clarity on that.
Anyone looking to take over either company will certainly want to know what the threshold is.
