Talk about 'pass the parcel' trading. It would be comical apart from the fact that 'the children' are the only ones playing the game. The adults are just not interested. Says very little for the prospects of any sudden interest from 'the money'.
No, real action won't manifest itself until P3 is solidified (if) and draws toward its conclusion.
