Further, I have been of the opinion that our recent lift from $1 to $2.5 has been due to a single buyer.
Consider (bearing in mind yesterday's late and sudden removal of approx 140k shares from the buy queue, together with the extraordinary degree of algo selling that has driven recent trading):
(Say), A deal has been going on in the background. The other party has been accumulating (in some fashion for some purpose). The deal has now fallen through and our other party has withdrawn its SP support, leaving just a few co-lateral stragglers sitting in the queue like shags on a rock.
[Just one explanation for yesterday's bulk exit of buy queue bids - of course there would be others, but any explanation must address this simple fact, because it happened. Will be interesting to see what transpires from today onwards.]
