You are technically correct Pigreco, I think the point being made is: that as the valuation of Acadia grows it becomes easier for them to pull the trigger on an outright purchase of NEU. I'm still of the view that this is shaping as a double play, ACAD swallows NEU, then someone much bigger removes ACAD from the Pharma chess board. The other way around, would be less favourable for us IMO i.e. that ACAD gets taken out first.
