Doubt they'll do that but if they did, there should there be a lot of analyzing of failed reaches of analyst predictions and perhaps a demand for more accountability for such failed reaches?
As always, buyers beware - there's no adverse consequences to analysts that are way off but could be a lot of adverse consequences to those buying on their predictions.
Wasn't long ago AIS was a lot higher and was expected to go even more so and now analysts are only predicting low to mid 30's - good for current buyers but not so for many others. Difficult environment for so many.
