Joew. I agree very much with your 2nd last para which I have commented on previously. The deal is done when the cash is in our bank and not before. Yes it should come in, and yes there are legal remedies. It is usual when a company buys another business, it has the funding in place so as to be able to hand over on completion / close which was due back in April / May. Let’s see if we receive the whole amount without a fight. I will be watching for an announce to from OVH on 30 November (not 31st as the OVH announcement said.
