LOL! Sounds like the predictions you made about CAU falling below $0.20 when the merger was announced or when you said they were being investigated by AHPRA and that the police were potentially getting involved to investigate criminal activities. Regardless of escrow period, of which you have no proof of this major sell down you are talking about, the fundamentals/future of this company don't change as it stands.
Can't see any sense in any of the major shareholders selling down significant amounts of their holdings when they are receiving dividends and value of their shareholdings set to increase as the company hits more milestones, increases revenues, profits, etc.
And even if they did, then the benefit of having increased liquidity will far outweigh having shares locked up with a few major shareholders.
