In fairness - he's sort of just playing devils advocate to the potential downsides here. I'm happy to hear conflicting ideas to my own to keep my view on my investments balanced. I like the stock, but the escrow shares are a bit scary. With ~$19m cash at bank, I think the dividends are a way to mitigate this, give cash to ALL holders and by proxy keep the CDA guys attached and cashed up. I'm okay with it and would love a 2c dividend next time lol
