Key is how will Brookfield recovers $1.6b debt !!! By removing CFO & CEO similar to Ramsay ?(In a hope new one will do better or negotiating lease rents)...! Bupa agreement has nothing to do with lease rent.
Market will give better reaction next week once they digest the news and if there is more info about the deal (i.e. whether Bupa will pay more for patients or not)..!
Also, will Macquarie going to upgrade their recently reduced price target again ? They reduce price target from something like 1.32 to 1.02 !!!
