Brokers, like us, are in it for a buck. And they will gladly take the $20k odd fee to write a report, with no obligation to buy the stock for clients.
Having said that, NEU is a tiny, tiny company that is now fully funded through 2013, with a chance to kick some goals many companies much larger in cap are yet to obtain.
Publicity and market awareness are gold for NEU, to get the sp moving. The Bells report is great in this regard. All brokers read everything their competition produces.
