Personally far from happy on Leadership/ communication performance of late. One for One raise very poor for medium to large retail holders and crashed the SP, company has not come clean on the EPA investigation and potential 1 year delay on filling ponds. Still very confident on project's long term viability but management are treating smaller shareholders with distain. Given the shareholding they only have to convince a few that no doubt are well informed
