My experience. Beware broker reports full of good news and a target price well above its current share price. My experience is when broker reports are issued the broking company usually is selling. Sucks in the naive.
Let's think about this a little. If FAR can reach .30c you would think BP could get all its customers throw more than spare change in purchasing stock. Seriously what credibility does BP or Morgan Stanley have if they cannot get existing clients to push the SP to 7.5 on the recommendation there analysis means FAR could deliver 4bags. Even at 1 bag there would be many existing customers bashing down the doors.
Just wonder why BP cannot move FAR an inch upwards.
Smells of CR to me and I'd take a bet BP will be a seller between the next CR. Pfft all IMHO.
