Wow captain, they changed legislation under the cover of convid-19. These guys make money for doing absolutely nothing. They are laughing all the way to bank, what they are banks. Anyone here, hear of Newstat that was sunk by dodgy directors’ behaviour. It was a going concern. One director was fined just this year I think $10,000 only, a HC member had invested $400k in it and lost the lot. I lost $4k only. The law stinks, the damage these guys to peoples saving is worse than someone breaking and entering. The break and enter guy might cop 1-5 years prison, these guys get off with pathetic fines. The laws are design to protect a certain species and its not us.
