If I sound cynical its only due to the US system which actually favours and possibly protects the profits of the big pharmas.
Mesoblast is at the mercy of trial results and in many cases is being held to ransom by the FDA. More recently though the commissioner/the system via changes to legislation is communicating in more favourably with regard to cellular/regen medicine.
Stem cells have been effective for years and MSB has proven safety.
I agree its been a bloody long road but hopefully the company gets a break and some positive news SOONER.. .
