I honestly think they'll partner up shortly. SI must know he needs another TEVA, he was smart enough to know this years ago. The reason we languish is the reliance on these poorly priced fallback debt options. I'm sure as soon a partner arrives, and they are eliminated we will see a marked lift in confidence and the share price. $2+ makes sense today, with no other news.
