I understandvthat one a comiany do t cgange his valuation even after a trial shows the target was not achieved(and remain just one smaller market than previously was forecast) shows 2 things:
a) how not trustfull are the advise of that comianies
b) how their “value” stablished can be a pure piece of rubbi
sad, because most of us want and need some guidance for future values and adjusting according with events
this 2 companies show low commitment with the truth.
