The deal with Lanstead is $1.5mil upfront. Then 18 monthly installments of 472K if the VWAP for the month is 8.82c. If it's 10% higher they will get an extra 47K, 10% lower 47K less. This is in exchange for 161.3 million shares.
I wasn't clear if they get all 161 mil shares up front or if they are issued monthly.
