They area a broker not a fund or manager.
Understand why report was produced they have a wide retail base and also insto accounts.
Look at the daa brokers selling and buying over that period and short reports
Review closely at all assumption and reason for changes in their report.
Look for things you should know about market , company and US, Jap that are not correct IMO as will al retail broker recommendations and also fund produced research especially if they have a interest.
