I also notice they only mention Christchurch & Auckland, air & sea to Australia & Hong Kong being down. Is Tauranga port of loading being taken into account for sea freight? I don't feel their research is particularly robust.... Don't know if it can be deemed as down ramping but certainly amatuerish....
