whynot you are spot on , most if not all cash raise discussion have come from just small shareholders however, the company has stated they are fine throughout 2012 in almost every PR and I believe that to be true . as far as Bell Potter article it's only an opinion not gospel otherwise SEA share price would be well over a dollar as they state as well . glta
