Cairn have ambitious global exploration plans,Cash flow will help fund these plans.
IMHO, as Cairn clearly stated, they are seeking 50% Development funding for SNE.
Hardly a stretch, for their balance sheet.
Plus,a massive cash cow in probably closer to 2020.
The low cost stage one expenditure, I think has squashed their thoughts of sell down.
