I live in Ivanhoe and a very basic 2 bedroom unit sold in my st for $497 500 last week at Auction. West Heidelberg, and also Bellfield so close to the city and yes lots of housing commision. A plumber I know who does a lot of work in West Heidelberg said that the previous government was trying to thin out the housing commision density. not sure of new governments plans however cheers.
