No one knows why there is such a delay with SAMR. I think it's because every supplier on which BAL relies for their organic formula has to be checked, which is a much bigger operation than going to one factory in Australia (those suppliers are based in various countries).

But who knows if it is something more political causing the delay? Take your pick. China's bad relationship with Australia? Payback for Huawei being locked out of the 5G development? A Communist party figure own shares in A2 Milk? Trade war knock-on effect?

The Chinese cross-border e-commerce rules (i.e daigous) were extended for a year but I'm not sure when that comes to an end. When it does, it will have a serious effect on sales unless BAL has received SAMR.
