woah slow down cowboy, no one can just replicate Apple by building a brand and outsourcing the rest. They own a tonne of IP, all the software and hardware they've developed, constant R&D and the list goes on.
Calling Apple "just a brand that outsource all the supply and manufacturing." is a huge discredit to them and completely false
